Had an Easter weekend trip at a hotel in a great location near transportation links. The breakfast was tasty and the Wi-Fi had good speed. There were a few nice restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

The bed was too small for two people and we ended up having to pay extra for a more spacious room. The lack of cutlery in the room was a little inconvenient, as we had to go and ask for them at the counter.

The room was very clean. Breakfast mostly Japanese but okay, the bread was very industrial.

The room was much too small (at most 15 square meters including the mini-bathroom; there were two of us, the bed stood with one side against the wall; to get out of bed you had to either climb over your partner or get out at the foot end. No room for luggage or clothes. A business hotel for one night with hand luggage.

We enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was easy to get to places as it was located near transportation and the airport. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the staff's helpfulness and fluency in English. We also found the nearby convenience stores and supermarket with a tax-free counter a plus.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The hotel's convenient location makes it easy to travel to Saga International airport, as it's just a short ride from the nearby train and bus station interchange. Guests can also enjoy a variety of local restaurants around the hotel. the hotel's rooms have standard Japanese amenities like an above-average breakfast buffet and a good internet connection.

The hotel's staff was not very friendly, giving guests a poor experience.
